We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 am. On arrival the rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm. Rooms will be kept free until 6 pm unless a later arrival has been agreed on.
Dogs
Dogs are unfortunately not allowed out of consideration for out other guests.

The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply with the exception of ยง 5: Cancellation Fee. Cancellation terms as per the website may apply.
Cancellation
Cancellation is inconvenient for you and us and we try to be generous. However, if it is not possible to re-sell the room, we will charge cancellation fees. The same applies to early departures, late arrivals and no-shows.
From booking in case of cancellation, non-arrival, late arrival, early departure there is a 100 % cancellation fee. We therefore recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance.

Arrival
By car
The Hotel Acerina is easily accessible by car all year round. Please note the road closure in winter via Warth, which some navigation systems do not take into account, and inform yourself in good time about the current road conditions. We recommend that you equip your car for all winter conditions.
By train
Travel comfortably and safely in all weather conditions by train to the stations Langen & St. Anton am Arlberg. From there you can travel comfortably to Lech by bus or taxi.
By plane
From Frankfurt (5h), Munich (4h), Milan (5h), Zurich (2h), Innsbruck (2h) you can travel to Lech via no less than five airports. For the transfer from the airport, the company Arlbergexpress offers a shuttle service.
